  1. 尊重他人，不管他们的观点如何。
  2. 避免使用侮辱性、恶意、威胁性、歧视性或攻击性的语言。
  3. 不要发布色情、淫秽或不适当的内容。
  4. 避免使用任何形式的骚扰或滥用。

In English:

  1. Show respect to others, regardless of their viewpoints.

  5. Never disclose others' personal information.
  6. Keep your posts relevant to the forum's topic.
  7. Avoid spreading false information or rumors.
  8. Do not SHOUT by typing in ALL CAPS, as it is generally seen as rude and angry.
  9. Minimize the use of emoticons and special characters.
  10. Use clear and comprehensible language to express your opinions.
  11. Respect the decisions of moderators and administrators.
  12. Avoid spamming or continuously posting similar content.
  13. Do not post unauthorized advertisements or spam.
  14. Respect copyright and do not infringe on others' intellectual property.
  15. Abstain from posting illegal or prohibited content.
  16. Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
  17. Do not misuse quotes, and always attribute sources when quoting content.
  18. Follow the forum's themes and rules and refrain from posting off-topic content.
  19. Maintain a calm, rational, and constructive approach to controversial topics.
  20. Do not share unsafe links or malicious software.
  21. Respect different cultures and beliefs.
  22. Avoid overusing auto-replies or bots.
  23. Show respect for others' age, gender, race, sexual orientation, etc.
  24. Do not manipulate the voting or like system.
  25. Avoid using exaggerated or deceptive language in post titles.
  26. Refrain from posting about sensitive topics like politics or religion, unless explicitly allowed by the forum.
  27. Do not abuse private messaging without the other party's consent.
  28. Avoid creating multiple accounts to deceive or manipulate the forum.
  29. Do not discuss forbidden topics in public posts.
  30. Respect the order of the forum.
  31. Report inappropriate behavior to the administrators.
  32. Do not intentionally disrupt or sabotage the normal operation of the forum.
  33. Comply with the forum's signature and avatar rules.
  34. Please follow the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when speaking.
  35. Foster a positive, friendly, and constructive discussion atmosphere.

Limited interpretation of Article 34:

  1. "Constitution of the People's Republic of China": The constitution lays out principles of free speech, but it also emphasizes the protection of the state and social stability, which affect the definition of free speech.
  2. "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China": The Criminal Law outlines criminal penalties for offenses such as spreading false information, engaging in malicious attacks, insults, threats, obscenity, and other illegal acts on the internet.
  3. "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China": This law sets requirements for cybersecurity, including the management and regulation of internet service providers and platforms, as well as norms for individual behavior online.
  4. "Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services": These regulations stipulate the responsibilities and obligations of internet information service providers, including content review, user data protection, and other provisions.
  5. "Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China": This regulation establishes standards for the security of computer information systems, protecting them from unauthorized access, attacks, and damage.
  6. "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information of the People's Republic of China": These rules govern the protection of the right to network dissemination of information, including the protection of copyrights and intellectual property rights in online environments.
