In English:
- Show respect to others, regardless of their viewpoints.
- Do not use insulting, malicious, threatening, discriminatory, or aggressive language.
- Refrain from posting explicit, obscene, or inappropriate content.
- Do not engage in any form of harassment or abuse.
- Never disclose others' personal information.
- Keep your posts relevant to the forum's topic.
- Avoid spreading false information or rumors.
- Do not SHOUT by typing in ALL CAPS, as it is generally seen as rude and angry.
- Minimize the use of emoticons and special characters.
- Use clear and comprehensible language to express your opinions.
- Respect the decisions of moderators and administrators.
- Avoid spamming or continuously posting similar content.
- Do not post unauthorized advertisements or spam.
- Respect copyright and do not infringe on others' intellectual property.
- Abstain from posting illegal or prohibited content.
- Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
- Do not misuse quotes, and always attribute sources when quoting content.
- Follow the forum's themes and rules and refrain from posting off-topic content.
- Maintain a calm, rational, and constructive approach to controversial topics.
- Do not share unsafe links or malicious software.
- Respect different cultures and beliefs.
- Avoid overusing auto-replies or bots.
- Show respect for others' age, gender, race, sexual orientation, etc.
- Do not manipulate the voting or like system.
- Avoid using exaggerated or deceptive language in post titles.
- Refrain from posting about sensitive topics like politics or religion, unless explicitly allowed by the forum.
- Do not abuse private messaging without the other party's consent.
- Avoid creating multiple accounts to deceive or manipulate the forum.
- Do not discuss forbidden topics in public posts.
- Respect the order of the forum.
- Report inappropriate behavior to the administrators.
- Do not intentionally disrupt or sabotage the normal operation of the forum.
- Comply with the forum's signature and avatar rules.
- Please follow the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China when speaking.
- Foster a positive, friendly, and constructive discussion atmosphere.
Limited interpretation of Article 34:
- "Constitution of the People's Republic of China": The constitution lays out principles of free speech, but it also emphasizes the protection of the state and social stability, which affect the definition of free speech.
- "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China": The Criminal Law outlines criminal penalties for offenses such as spreading false information, engaging in malicious attacks, insults, threats, obscenity, and other illegal acts on the internet.
- "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China": This law sets requirements for cybersecurity, including the management and regulation of internet service providers and platforms, as well as norms for individual behavior online.
- "Administrative Measures for Internet Information Services": These regulations stipulate the responsibilities and obligations of internet information service providers, including content review, user data protection, and other provisions.
- "Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China": This regulation establishes standards for the security of computer information systems, protecting them from unauthorized access, attacks, and damage.
- "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information of the People's Republic of China": These rules govern the protection of the right to network dissemination of information, including the protection of copyrights and intellectual property rights in online environments.
